Choose your favourite tea, we recomend earl grey because of its strong flavour and high theine to wake you up. Tea activates your metabolism, promote fat burning and helps against fluid retention. Feel free to add some almond milk to taste (and improve the macros).
For the huevos rancheros, sauté some onion, garlic, jalapeño and any other pepper you like very finely chopped in olive (ALWAYS recommended) or canola oil.
Once this vegetables are tender, add crushed tomatoes, fry it all for 6 or 7 minutes and then put 2 medium eggs over it all. Salt and pepper to taste, and put the lid on until the eggs are cooked. Decorate with some chives. You can use the spices you like!

High fat amount for this menu, from cheese and pork meat. This food is perfect for your ketogenic diet. Absolute zero carbohydrates! Let’s go with the details:
Dress your endives with salt, pepper and an olive oil splash. Put them with its concave side up and fill them with minced blue cheese. REAL blue cheese, not dress or cheese sauce. The bitter but full of freshness endives combine perfectly with a strong and salty blue cheese. Just a little, to put on the side of your sausages.
Pick fresh and homemade sausages, not processed or packaged! Just with fat, pork meat and spices. Absolutely delicious and fit perfectly in this ketogenic diet. Calculate your portion according to your goals and calories amount.

- Bacon and cheddar stuffed mushrooms
- Greek yoghourt with some berries
Let’s finish this menu with some freshness. Add some salt and pepper to juicy and healty mushrooms, full of flavour and vitamin. Fill them with just a few chopped bacon and finish with a little of shredded cheddar cheese. Put it all in a preheated oven (medium heat) until mushrooms are cooked and cheese is golden and crispy. Incredible recipe with very low carb.
End your day with some greek yoghourt (without sugar, of course) mixed with a bit of your favourite berries (raspberries or blueberries recommended!). More vitamin C, calcium and water to get your health better.
