Today, we will show you a new Ketogenic Diet meal plan, the fourth in a row. A healthy, low carb, and delicious menu, perfect for any single day.

Without any delay, we start with our Ketogenic Diet meal plan!
- Ketogenic friendly pancakes
- Black coffee
An amazing and creative recipe for your ketogenic diet. Fluffy, soft and juicy homemade pancakes that can fit in your macros? You are not dreaming. Once you eat them, you will fall in love. To prepare the ketogenic pancakes, you need (1 serving):
- 1 egg
- 50 g cottage cheese
- 15 g butter
- Optionally, add some blueberrys (30 g) to this mix!
- If you like them sweeter, add a 0 calories sweetener.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until they are completely integrated and you get a smooth mixture. Heat up a little bit of butter or oil in a non-stick pan. Cook your ketogenic diet pancakes on low to medium heat for 3 minutes on each side, but this time can change depending on the thickness of your pancakes. I prefer them thinner!
You can improve them adding some blueberrys (if you didn’t add them in the mixture) or whipped crem (WITHOUT SUGAR!!!!!!!!!). Add this delicious ingredients depending on the calories that you can ingest.
You will really enjoy this breakfast: it’s really tasty and delicious, low carb and ketogenic friendly. Also is really easy to make.
- Beef patties with creamy tomato sauce
- Green salad
Another ketogenic recipe easy to prepare and with a superb taste. This time we will enjoy a delicious beef patties with a perfect amount of fat and protein to fit your macros. The green salad will add a lot of vitamins and freshness without an increase in the calories. Let’s go to the Ketogenic Diet Plan’s kitchen!
To make this recipe, you will need the next ingredients:
- 150 – 200 g of ground beef meat (decide the quantity according to your calorie goals). You can also replace 50 g of the beef with sausage meat to give more flavour to this hamburger and add some extra fat.
- Finely chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Trick!: Try to add some curry if you want change the flavours the next time!
With your wet hands, form the patties. We all know the shape of an hamburger, friends. It’s the same for a ketogenic diet 😉 Let the patties rest for 10 minutes in the fridge and then fry them in vegetable oil (we love OLIVE) or butter.
- 30 – 50 ml of heavy cream. You can use evaporated milk to reduce the calories if you want.
- Homemade tomato sauce (check the recipe in this post! https://www.ketogenicdietplan.org/meal-planner/meal-plan-for-ketogenic-diet-day-2/) or tomato paste and water.
- Oregano, salt and pepper.
Mix the ingredients in a sauce pan and let it all cook together for 15 minutes in a medium heat.
Put the meat and sauce together, and enjoy!
For the salad, choose your favourite green veggies and mix them with some salt, vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. I reccomend lettuce, watercress, aurugula or endives.

- Ketogenic GREAT SALAD
If someone says that a salad can’t be a delicious main dish, he is certainly lying. In this dinner, we wiil give you the recipe of the best ketogenic diet salad of all times. Adding some greens, tomate, cheese, bacon and a homemade ranch dressing, you will LOVE this incredible salad. Of course, it is ketogenic friendly.
Ketogenic diet custom ranch dressing:
- A pinch of mustard
- Herbs: dried parsley, tarragon and dill
- Garlic and onion powder
- Fresh chives very finely chopped
- Salta and pepper
Just mix all the ingredients and let the sauce rest in the fridge while you finish the next steps.
- Fresh spinach leaves
- Chicken: choose rotisserie chicken or crispy breaded chicken.
- Blue cheese
- Crispy bacon
- Chopped fresh tomato
Be responsible with the ingredients. We need a lot of greens, and a little bit of any other ingredient. We want it delicious and tasty, but also healthy and fitted to your goals. Ketogenic diet needs some responsibility!
Mix everything with the dressing, and enjoy.
